Return to Running Workshop

  • For anyone who has had a baby recently or not so recently and wants to start running or improve their running. This is an interactive workshop so have comfortable clothes and running shoes on. Learn screening tools to assess your readiness for running; common issues/symptoms and how to troubleshoot; how to actually progress back to running safely and effectively; considerations for postpartum running including stroller running, sports bras, etc.
  • After registering, you will receive a google form to fill out and and then the link to the recording will be sent!
